And no one tells you what’s really happening.

Some say it’s spiritual. Others call it a curse.
But here’s the truth:
You’re not sick. Not broken. And definitely not alone.

It’s menopause and it’s time we talk about it.

I, Mosunmola Dosunmu, turned two years of silent suffering into a mission, transforming confusion into clarity for thousands of Nigerian women.
From founding the country’s first menopause awareness movement to building a 70,000-strong community, publishing Menopause Unfiltered, and hosting Nigeria’s first menopause-focused radio show — the movement is real, and it’s growing.
Now, we're taking it national.

This campaign aims to:

👉Break the silence around menopause in Nigeria

👉Bust harmful myths that confuse and isolate women

👉Share real-life stories from women who’ve been there

👉Deliver tools, language, and confidence to help families talk openly about menopause

Because when women understand their bodies, entire communities get stronger.
