In our journey of bringing in change, Menstrupedia (@menstrupedia ) has always been a major partner. The Menstrupedia Mini Comic Books are a source of basic menstrual health that many young menstruators do not have access to. The books provide insight into all aspects of menstrual health, such as basic menstrual education, healthy food during periods, taboos and myths that should not be followed, etc. These mini comic books are also an excellent source of knowledge and information for young menstruators who have yet to start their periods.  Khadijah Jaan, a grade 9 student in Sonmarg, was extremely delighted to receive the mini comic book. "I can now teach my younger siblings about periods through this book," she said.  These comic books aren't just your regular Sunday comics. They have been created with a purpose and design to facilitate easy and simple access to menstrual knowledge. The members of the Bakarwaal and Gujjar communities treasured it as a token of enlightenment and decided to pass it on to their younger generations.
