Rupesh Sharma is a visual and performing artist from Mumbai. From an early age Rupesh had a dream of becoming a doctor. However, the financial constraints made him change his way and even quit his studies at an early age. When he discovered the artist in him, he started giving art tuitions to the underprivileged kids in his locality. He was 16 by then. He joined an art institute as an Art Teacher & gave tuitions there as well. He loved being around kids . Later, from Boiser he went on to become an Art Director in Andheri. Then one day he reached out to one of his Ex-students and surprisingly her mother picked up the call. The mother told Rupesh how much the kids need him. He had given them a hope, a dream & now he had himself disappeared. Next day Rupesh quit his job and went in search of a plan. He knew what he had to do but didn't how? So he stayed hungry, slept on Marine Drive, met people, discussed ideas and after a month came up with a dream & a plan And so, @AnArtAmityA3 an organization that uses art as a medium for underprivileged kids to be more expressive, self-aware and independent at a young age. Ping him using our in-app messaging service to know more about his new project An Artist On A Solo Travel. #art
