About Me

Teach for Uganda's alumni association (Unison Leaders Association) is made up of former program participants who have completed their two-year teaching commitment and moved on to other endeavours. The association is registered and incorporated by the Uganda National Registration Bureau and serves as a network for alumni to connect, share experiences, and continue their work to improve education in Uganda. The alumni association is involved in various initiatives, including community outreach programs, School equipment ‘resource Mobilisation, teacher training workshops, and advocacy efforts to improve education policies in Uganda. The association also provides mentorship and support to current program participants. Teach for Uganda alumni associations are working towards a noble cause of improving education in Uganda.
